Supply Of Your Products
Answer: We will supply to you the products indicated on your order confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you to confirm shipment of each item.
Delivery Of Your Products
Answer: Delivery time takes up to 10 working days if in store from the date your payment is received. Please note that Cheque payments take 2-3 business days to clear and Direct Debit 1-2 business days. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your order confirmation. Any orders from the PREVIEWS catalogue can take 2 months to ship from the cover date. Ie. November Issue of PREVIEWS ships in January the following year. There are sometimes unforseen events such as cancellations, recalls etc. - every effort will be made to get these products or a full refund will be granted. Items ordered from all other catalogues such as the STAR SYSTEM, can take upto approximately 1 month at the latest - but every effort will be made to get the product faster to your door as possible.
Return of Product
Answer: No refunds, credit or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, made an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order.
Return of Damaged Product
Answer: You must contact us within 14 days from the date that the product was dispatched. Refunds will only be offered where a replacement product can not be provided. |
